Ordered the file cabinet online and it arrived in 3 days in good shape. The instructions say it takes 55 minutes to assemble, but the average person will take longer. I went slowly, triple checking every step and it took 2 hours. The instructions were clear, and it went smoothly. Suggestion: include more wood glue, it's needed in a number of steps and I ran out near the end, but just use whatever you have around the house (Gorilla glue works fine too). The finished product is beautiful, and has a quality appearance.
There is no bottom, which seems strange. I suppose it doesn't matter too much, although it would have given the cabinet more strength, and of course if anything is dropped from the lower drawer, it goes right to the floor (the upper drawer has a "bottom"). The guides for the hanging folders can be adjusted to handle either letter or legal size, which is a great option (can have one drawer letter and the other legal).
I highly recommend this product, in fact I have just ordered another one - I'll time it to see if I can assemble this one in 55 minutes!.

This is a nice-looking piece of furniture, at a reasonable price. We bought one for each office (4) to match the Realspace Mahogany desks and bookcases we purchased. It makes a nice-looking set.
